I'm taking advantage of the end of semester to create a website. I'm a mathematician, and my research focuses on techniques for infectious disease modeling. These may be new mathematical methods, new conceptual approaches, or new computational tools. I'm very interested in spreading an understanding of various techniques, so many of my publications focus on how to use techniques and how they relate to a disease model.
I plan to periodically give my thoughts on various modeling approaches here.
